We are now opening our delivery service nationwide! 

Some products are excluded from delivery, but will be available for collection in store. We do have a refrigerated van that can delivery to local areas seen below. Call the store for more information.

Placing your delivery order:

 

Step 1: Create your order via our online store as normal, selecting your favourite products

Step 2: At checkout, select 'delivery' when paying for your products. Entering your Eircode will confirm you are within the delivery range.

Step 3: Sit back and wait for your delivery! 

 

Note:

  • €8 delivery fee will be applied to all orders. 
  • Orders made outside working hours will be made the next day.
  • Call the store for more information on products excluded from postage delivery.  

 

 

What to know

 

Returns:

If you notice an issue with your order upon delivery, contact your store as soon as possible!

Replacements:

 

If we are out of stock of a purchased product, one of our staff in store will call you to discuss a replacement, or a refund.

Deliveries:

There is an €8 delivery fee to all orders. All orders must be allowed a time window to be packaged and delivered within working hours of 9am-6pm. All orders made outside working hours will be made the next day.

How do you deliver?

Postage:

Once received, we pack and send your order to you. We track your parcel as standard, and will update your account with your tracking number. 

Refrigerated Van: 

We deliver to your door with our refrigerated van. Your order will be packed in our shopping bag and transported in delivery crates. You will be left with the shopping bag after the delivery has been made. 

Our delivery driver will drop to your door and will only enter the property in an in the an exceptional circumstance e.g. you are vulnerable, disabled or an elderly customer. Upon request and providing they believe it's safe to do so, our delivery driver can take your shopping inside. 

If you live in a residential block or are getting delivered to a business address, we will deliver to the front door of the communal entrance. 

What happens if my shopping is delayed?

Occasionally a delay may occur due to unforseen reasons. We will do our best to call to inform you of any potential delays as soon as possible. 

Will my order still be delivered if i'm not at home?

Postage:

Your order will be delivered by chosen delivery service to your address, usually An Post or Fastway. 

Refrigerated van:

If you are not at home to meet our delivery driver, you can discuss a suitable drop point with them, or they will try to arrange another suitable time or date.

Note: Due to the nature of some products, it would be essential they are placed in a fridge or freezer on delivery. 

What if some of my items are damaged?

If you notice a product is damaged, hand it back to your delivery driver and your purchase will be refunded. If you only notice after delivery has been made, you can contact us, or return the product for a replacement to the store.
